Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SDS Digital (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, sdsdigital.dev, and our mobile applications (together, the “Services”). Where an app handles data differently from what is described here, the app’s own section below or its App Store privacy details will say so.
1. Who we are
SDS Digital is a company registered in Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information processed through our Services. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We aim to collect as little information as possible. Depending on the Service, this may include:
- Information you give us: for example, your email address and message when you contact us for support.
- Content you create in our apps: for example, entries or settings. Unless an app clearly says otherwise, this content is stored on your device.
- Purchase information: if you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the payment is handled by Apple. We do not receive your card details; we only receive information needed to confirm your purchase.
- Technical and usage information: limited, non-identifying information such as app version, device type, crash reports and general usage statistics, used to keep our apps working and improve them.
- Website logs: our hosting provider may automatically record standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our Services
- To respond to your questions and support requests
- To process and verify purchases
- To detect and fix bugs, and keep our Services secure
- To meet our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers
We may use trusted third parties to help run our Services, such as Apple (App Store and in-app purchases), hosting providers, email providers and crash-reporting or analytics tools. These providers only process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Any app-specific providers will be listed in that app’s section below.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable record-keeping. Content stored on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the app.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also delete app data at any time by deleting the app from your device, and manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. If an app offers an account, it will also offer a way to delete that account from within the app.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what we collect in the first place.
9. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information remains protected.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
